On April 10, 2016, 26-year-old Raymond "RJ" Pantoja, a Hispanic male, was fatally shot outside a nightclub in Philadelphia's Kensington neighborhood. The incident occurred around 2:45 a.m. near the intersection of B Street and Allegheny Avenue.
