Michael Kirkpatrick, a 31-year-old male from Philadelphia, PA, tragically died on January 26, 2000. His death was the result of a violent altercation over a dispute about snow shoveling. Kirkpatrick's neighbor, Louis Mockewich, 34, allegedly shot him during an argument that escalated when Kirkpatrick's father confronted Mockewich about piling snow next to Kirkpatrick's pickup truck.
