Ryan T. Kelly, a 21-year-old male, was tragically shot and killed on November 26, 2015, in Philadelphia, PA. The incident occurred in the early hours of Thanksgiving morning at the Samuels Playground in the Port Richmond neighborhood. Kelly was returning home from a trip to Wawa when he was approached by two men in a stolen Mazda 626. He was fatally shot on his own street and later pronounced dead at Temple University Hospital.
