On August 9, 2023, at approximately 4:53 p.m., 74-year-old Wallace Weaver was fatally shot inside his residence on the 2600 block of West Arizona Street in North Philadelphia. A 31-year-old woman, found outside the residence, sustained graze wounds to her ear and leg; she was treated at Temple University Hospital and listed in stable condition.
