Andre Blackshear, a 56-year-old African American man from Philadelphia, PA, was tragically shot and killed on October 8, 2020. He was discovered in the driver's seat of his gray Buick Enclave on the 4500 block of North 13th Street. Police officers arrived at the scene and found him unresponsive, having been shot multiple times. Despite their efforts to save him, Andre was pronounced dead at Albert Einstein Medical Center.
