Troy Parker, a 40-year-old African American man, was tragically shot on the evening of March 11, 2018, in Philadelphia, PA. He was found inside an apartment on North College Avenue suffering from a gunshot wound and was rushed to Hahnemann University Hospital. Despite efforts to save him, Troy succumbed to his injuries the following day. Troy was known affectionately as "Goat" by his family and friends, who described him as a gentle giant with a caring and devoted nature.
