Surveillance video shows two vehicles, a silver Toyota 4-Runner and a white Subaru Outback, following Moore Jr. and his friend. When they stopped at a broken traffic light, the suspects exited the vehicles and started shooting.
Moore Jr. was pronounced dead at the hospital, while his friend survived and is cooperating with police.
