Khayyan Fruster Jr., a 28-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on January 13, 2017, in Philadelphia, PA. He was shot in the back of the head while waiting to be picked up for work outside his home on the 6600 block of Hegerman Street. Fruster worked at A Bob’s Towing and was preparing to buy his own home before his untimely death. He was a father of two young children, aged 8 and 11.
