Rafael Popeye Santiago, a 41-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically died on October 5, 2014, in Philadelphia, PA. Santiago was found in a pool of blood in a second-floor bedroom of his home on Holly Road in Northeast Philadelphia. The medical examiner determined that he had sustained two gunshot wounds to his face, and his death was classified as a homicide.
