Dwayne Jackson, a 33-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on June 8, 2022, in South Philadelphia. He was one of two victims in a daytime shooting that occurred around 3:50 p.m. on the 2700 block of Winton Terrace. Jackson and the other victim, Joe Davis, aged 57, were found with multiple gunshot wounds and were pronounced dead at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center.
