In the afternoon hours of June 8, 2022, a burst of gunfire shattered the quiet of a South Philadelphia neighborhood, leaving two men dead. One of the victims was 33-year-old Dwayne Jackson, a Black male from Philadelphia. The incident occurred around 3:50 p.m. on the 2700 block of Winton Terrace.
