In the fading afternoon light of a December day in Philadelphia, tragedy struck the 2500 block of North Lee Street. On December 9, 2022, at approximately 5:14 p.m., police responded to a call and discovered 33-year-old Scott Knowles, a White male, lying in the street. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency responders quickly transported him to Temple University Hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal, and he was pronounced deceased.
