Dominique Gainey, a 24-year-old male from Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost his life on May 31, 2017. He was one of two victims fatally shot in a late-night incident at the intersection of 13th and Rush Streets in North Philadelphia. The shooting occurred just after 11 PM, when multiple shots were fired at close range by individuals on bikes. Gainey was hit multiple times in his left side and right leg, and despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries.
