The ATF investigation, in collaboration with the Philadelphia Police Department, led to the conviction of numerous individuals involved in drug trafficking, firearms offenses, and the shootings. Bryant Calloway, who killed Brian Littles, was ultimately sentenced to life in prison. The convictions were seen as a significant step in curbing the violence in the Mill Creek community, which had been plagued by the rivalry between these drug factions.
