On the evening of December 28, 2016, a 20-year-old Black male named Kwadir Hines-Baldwin was fatally shot in Philadelphia. The incident occurred at approximately 6:20 p.m. in the rear parking lot of a restaurant situated on the 1300 block of West Butler Street.
