Kwadir Hines-Baldwin, a 20-year-old male, was fatally shot on December 28, 2016, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred around 6:20 p.m. at the 1300 block of West Butler Street, where Kwadir was discovered lying in the rear parking lot of a restaurant. Philadelphia Police officers rushed him to Temple University Hospital, but unfortunately, Kwadir succumbed to his injuries later that evening.
