Chaz Young, an 18-year-old from Philadelphia, was killed on September 20, 2010, in the Germantown section of the city. The incident occurred around 1:00 a.m. on West Queen Lane when a gunman opened fire on a group of people. Chaz was among those struck by the gunfire, and he died as a result of his injuries.
