Joelill Foy, a 26-year-old founding member of the Philadelphia singing group "Brotherly Love," was tragically shot and killed outside his home on the 1800 block of Sigel Street in South Philadelphia on July 27, 2022. Foy was sitting on the steps of his home when a lone shooter approached and fired multiple shots, striking him in the neck. He was rushed to the hospital but succumbed to his injuries shortly after.
