In the summer of 2011, a verbal dispute in the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia tragically cut short the life of 20-year-old Khalil Oliver. On the evening of Friday, July 22nd, on the 2200 block of Emerald Street, an argument between Oliver and another, unidentified man escalated to fatal violence.
