Jewell Shelby, a 23-year-old man from Pittsburgh, was shot and killed on July 13, 2013, in what appears to have been a targeted attack. The incident took place at a playground in the Hill District of Pittsburgh. Witnesses reported hearing an argument followed by gunfire. Shelby was found at the scene with multiple gunshot wounds, and unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries before emergency services could help.
