Josiah Taylor, a 22-month-old toddler from Pittsburgh, PA, tragically died on September 1, 2015, due to an accidental shooting. The incident occurred when Harrison Marshman Jr., the boyfriend of Josiah's mother, was handling a firearm that discharged, fatally injuring the young child. Marshman, who was 31 years old at the time, was deeply remorseful and expressed his sorrow during the court proceedings.
