In the late hours of a Tuesday night in June, the Perry South neighborhood of Pittsburgh was shattered by the sound of gunfire. On June 7, 2016, 31-year-old Keith Coleman, a Black male, was driving through the 300 block of Kennedy Avenue when he was struck by at least one bullet just before midnight. His vehicle, after the fatal shot, collided with four parked cars before coming to a final rest.
