Death by Force

James Carter III, aged 27, was killed in Philadelphia on November 27, 2013. The incident occurred late at night when Philadelphia Police responded to a shooting on the 4700 block of North Broad Street. Upon arrival, officers found James Carter unresponsive and suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
