James Carter III, aged 27, was killed in Philadelphia on November 27, 2013. The incident occurred late at night when Philadelphia Police responded to a shooting on the 4700 block of North Broad Street. Upon arrival, officers found James Carter unresponsive and suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to Albert Einstein Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
