On October 27, 2016, Pauline Simmons, a 37-year-old woman from Philadelphia, was tragically murdered. At around 1:19 a.m., Philadelphia Police responded to the 2600 block of Welsh Road, where they found Pauline suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite the prompt arrival of medical personnel, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
