In the Frankford neighborhood of Philadelphia, on the evening of Sunday, September 11, 2022, a 17-year-old Black female named Teryn Johnson was walking her dog with a friend. As they walked along the 5300 block of Horrocks Street, they noticed a gray Dodge Challenger that appeared to be following them. Shortly before 9 p.m., a man exited the car, ran across the street, and crouched behind a parked van. He then emerged and fired multiple shots, striking Teryn in the chest. Philadelphia Police off
