On a warm Tuesday evening in Oklahoma City, the life of a young Black/African American man, Steven Morgan Jr., was tragically cut short. At 19 years old, Steven became the city's 31st homicide victim of 2017. The fatal incident occurred on June 13, 2017, at the Brookwood Apartments in the southwestern part of the city.
