In the spring of 2009, a series of events unfolded in an Oklahoma City pharmacy that would end the life of a teenager and ignite a community debate. On the evening of May 19, 16-year-old Antwun Parker, a Black male, entered the Reliable Discount Pharmacy with a 14-year-old accomplice in what was a planned robbery.
