In the early morning hours of August 18, 2026, the quiet residential neighborhood of Penn Hills, a suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, was shattered by the sound of gunfire. Inside a home on Keefer Drive, a violent encounter left 18-year-old Kevin Walter, a white male, dead from a gunshot wound to the chest.
