John Miller, a 40-year-old male from Pittsburgh, PA, was tragically killed on January 26, 2017. He was shot five times in the head on the city steps in Pittsburgh’s Spring Hill-City View neighborhood. The investigation revealed that Justin Parrotte, a 31-year-old man from Pittsburgh, was responsible for Miller's death. Parrotte was convicted of first-degree murder in February 2020.
