Cecil Howard Rosenthal, a 59-year-old male of Jewish ethnicity, tragically lost his life on October 27, 2018, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Cecil was a beloved member of the Tree of Life*Or L'Simcha Congregation and was known for his warm and loving nature.
