James W. Goodwine, a 21-year-old male from Pittsburgh, PA, tragically died on August 23, 2020, after being shot in the Hill District. Pittsburgh police officers responded to a Shotspotter alert around 3:30 a.m. in the 600 block of Elmore Street. Upon arrival, they found Goodwine with gunshot wounds to his chest and leg.
