Gregory Lamont Blair Sr., a 46-year-old African American man from Pittsburgh, PA, tragically lost his life on November 16, 2019. Blair was shot at the corner of Ross and Center streets in Wilkinsburg, a suburb of Pittsburgh, after an argument with 34-year-old Dilon Bartifay.
