Lamonte Hunter, a 19-year-old resident of Pittsburgh, was killed on July 26, 2011, in a drive-by shooting. The incident occurred on the North Side of Pittsburgh at the intersection of East Street and Evergreen Road. Reports indicate that on July 24, while Hunter was driving, an unknown assailant opened fire from another vehicle.
