DeVon Dozier, a 23-year-old male from Pittsburgh, PA, tragically lost his life on June 14, 2018. He was found bleeding to death from a gunshot wound to his femur in a Crafton Heights apartment. Despite being rushed to Allegheny General Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries several hours later.
