On a Thursday afternoon in May of 2018, a drug transaction on a rural South Carolina road turned deadly, claiming the life of 30-year-old Vincent 'Vince' Lambert Jr. The male resident of Lexington was found shot to death in the passenger seat of a car on Pine Ridge Drive, just north of Kershaw.
