Regis Jones, a 22-year-old Black male from Pittsburgh, PA, tragically lost his life on December 10, 2015. He was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds on a walkway between Sister Thea Bowman School and St. James Church in Wilkinsburg. Jones was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident occurred after police responded to a report of shots being fired around 11:45 p.m. the previous night. Surveillance video helped determine that a shooting had taken place around 11:30 p.m.
