In the early hours of a Tuesday in Conway, South Carolina, the life of 20-year-old Tybius Owens was tragically cut short. On April 7, 2020, police responded to a call of a shooting at a residence on Ida Lane. Upon arrival, they found Owens inside the home with a gunshot wound to his chest. A witness at the scene was discovered holding Owens and was described as crying hysterically.
