On June 17, 2024, 52-year-old Joe Ray Stacy was found deceased in his home on Restful Lane near Conway, South Carolina. Responding to a call around 2 p.m., Horry County Police officers discovered Stacy lying on the kitchen floor with gunshot wounds to his head and neck.
