Trula Dobbins, a 35-year-old male from the Hill District in Pittsburgh, was killed on April 21, 2015, after an argument escalated into a shooting at a bar on Webster Avenue. The incident occurred around 9 p.m., and Dobbins was shot multiple times in the chest and torso. He was rushed to UPMC Mercy Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries at 9:48 p.m. The shooting also injured another 37-year-old man, who was hit in the elbow and thigh but survived and was reported to be in stable condition. ...
