On September 21, 2014, Corey Clark, aged 23, was fatally shot at Cliff's Bar & Grill in the Homewood neighborhood of Pittsburgh. The incident occurred late at night during a weekend when the bar was crowded. Corey Clark, who was originally from Penn Hills, was struck by multiple gunshots and died at the scene.
