On the evening of September 21, 2014, Corey Clark, a 23-year-old Black male from Penn Hills, Pennsylvania, was fatally shot inside Cliff’s Bar and Grill, located at the intersection of North Lang Avenue and Upland Street in the Homewood neighborhood of Pittsburgh.
