Divine Barrett, aged 24, was tragically shot and killed on January 20, 2016, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, during an incident that occurred at Windgap Industrial Park, located in the Windgap/Esplen area of the city. Barrett, originally from New Jersey, was one of two individuals who lost their lives in what is described as a double homicide. The other victim was Dante Dawkins, aged 29.
