Donald Royster, a 23-year-old resident of Pittsburgh's Hill District, was found dead on November 23, 2008. His body was discovered early Sunday morning outside an apartment complex on Bedford Avenue, where he had been shot multiple times. Paramedics arrived on the scene and pronounced him dead shortly after their arrival.
