Matthew Khoury, a 37-year-old man from Pittsburgh, PA, was tragically shot in the chest just after midnight on July 22, 2019, at his home in the 5100 block of Kincaid Street. Khoury, who was of Middle Eastern descent, was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics. The incident was the result of a long-standing landlord-tenant dispute between Khoury and his tenant, Michael Wolf, who was 50 years old.
On the night of the shooting, Khoury and Wolf were engaged in an argument over back rent.
