In the quiet city of Casa Grande, Arizona, the evening of April 24, 2022, was shattered by an act of brutal violence that claimed the lives of two teenage girls. One of the victims was 18-year-old Leslie Cota, a Hispanic female whose life was tragically cut short. She, along with her 17-year-old friend Danielle Murrieta, was caught in a hail of gunfire at the Sonoran Apartments. The girls were simply planning to go to McDonald's for dinner when their lives were senselessly ended.
