On the first of May in 1993, the life of 21-year-old Dodson Sparman was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire in the Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. On that day, Sparman and another young man, 18-year-old Ryan Cambridge, were both killed in a brazen daylight attack.
