On a Friday evening in the fall of 2014, a male named Dorrian Ford was fatally shot in the Flatlands neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. The shooting occurred at approximately 5:29 p.m. on September 26th, on Avenue H between East 39th and East 40th streets. When police officers arrived at the scene, they discovered Ford with multiple gunshot wounds to his head, neck, and back.

Emergency medical personnel who responded to the scene pronounced Ford dead from his injuries. At the time of the ...
