On the cold winter day of February 4, 1984, Richard DiNome, a 29-year-old male, was found murdered in his Gravesend, Brooklyn home. He was discovered in his living room, having been shot in the back of the head with an automatic weapon. Two other individuals, who reportedly had no connections to organized crime, were also found killed at the scene.
