In the quiet community of Harvey, Louisiana, 13-year-old Josiah Brackens, a student at Martin Behrman Charter School, was known for his infectious smile and his love for playing the tuba in the school's marching band. His life, however, was tragically cut short on the evening of Thursday, April 30, 2026.
