In a tragic turn of events on Valentine's Day, February 14, 2023, David Lee Richardson, a 56-year-old man, was fatally shot in Harvey, Louisiana. The incident, which is being investigated as an apparent murder-suicide, occurred when Richardson intervened in an argument between a man and a woman.
