Stacy Johnson Jr., a 20-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on April 7, 2015, in Harvey, Louisiana. Stacy was a contractor and student who attended Louisiana Technical College in Reserve, Louisiana. He was the son of Stacy T. Johnson Sr. and Pastor Shawn Walker Johnson.
