In the early hours of a Friday morning in Harvey, Louisiana, the life of 19-year-old Angel Miguel Nieves was tragically cut short. On April 12, 2024, Nieves was found suffering from at least one gunshot wound. The Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office responded to the scene in the 1800 block of Destrehan Avenue after receiving reports of the shooting.
