Joseph Vindel, a 29-year-old white male realtor from New Orleans, Louisiana, was tragically killed on March 7, 2021, during an attempted sale of his dirt bike. Vindel had listed his red Honda dirt bike for sale on Facebook Marketplace and arranged to meet the prospective buyer, Jalen Harvey, a 20-year-old black male, at an apartment complex in Harvey, an unincorporated area in Jefferson Parish.
